We updated our cancellation policy for Summer 2021. Cancellations and rebookings are possible up to 14 days before arrival without any additional charges.

After 14 days, the general cancellation policy applies. 

Updated cancellation policy applies for all bookings after 1 March 2021. 

 

Cancellation or rebooking is possible up to the day of arrival under the following circumstances:

  • Your country of departure has recently been classified as a high-risk area, entailing quarantine upon arrival.
  • Austria, Tyrol, or Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has been classified as a high risk area, entailing quarantine upon return. 
  • Border closure
  • Governmental closure of ski lifts and infrastructure
  • Governmental closure of accommoddation
